Put the leather through the skull's main hole.
Fold the ribbon in half, and keep folding it until it is approximately 3 inches long. 
Take any kind of thin pin with a hook (could be an eye pin, a piece of wire or anything that could act as a crochet. (Could be a very thin crochet itself). 
Grab one end of the folded ribbon with the tool you are using, and put it through the skull in front of the cord distributing evenly on both sides. 
Open the 8mm jump rings widely and close one on each side on the skull. 
Put the 10mm black jump ring on the skull's charm holder and then through the sea glass ring and the little moon charm. Close the ring. 
Put the 4mm gold jump rings on the ribbons on both sides and adjust the "hair style" for the final effect. 
Open the clasp, put a little bit of the glue on the inside of each piece, and on the ends of the cord. Attach and wait for a few minutes until it's dry.
