Returns

RETURNS:

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us at
info@antelopebeads.com or contact us during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm EST at 727-216-8554, before returning. You can also email us a picture of the item to speed up the return process. Please do not complete an RMA without first contacting us.

If
you are not pleased with your Antelope Beads purchase for any reason, return the product in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days of your order. We will provide a full credit, refund, or exchange. If your return is less than $25, we will issue you a store credit. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Please see the details below to obtain an RMA before you return the items.

No returns or exchanges will be made on sale items, leather or chain.


To start a return :
  • Click on the MY ACCOUNT link (above) and log in to your account.

  • Find the order number that contains the items you wish to return.

  • Select the order number to view the order. There will be a link on the right hand side that says 'NEW RMA'.

  • Click the link to complete the return information.

  • If an item was added to your order after the order was completed online, you may not be able to view it in the RMA screen. Please contact us if this applies to you.

Your payment will be refunded once we receive your return. You may choose to purchase insurance or proof of delivery if you wish, at your expense. Please remember that we will only refund items returned in their original condition and original packaging.

ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK:

If an item is not available at the time that you place your order we will contact you to make a substitution or to hold the order. If you choose to cancel the item, we will issue a store credit to be used at a later time. If we do not hear back from you about your order, we will ship it out to you with a store credit for the items that were out of stock.
