WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER

At Antelope Beads, we do our very best to make sure that your items get delivered to you in the most timely manner and in the the same condition as when they left us. However, because we do use the United States Postal Service, occasionally this is not always the case; and beyond our control. If for any reason your package becomes lost or is not delivered, please notify us first via email or call us and make us aware of the situation before attempting an investigation yourself. By doing so, this reduces any type of confusion or duplication that may arise if both parties are inquiring about details of the package.
