Designer Tip: Attach a 6mm jump ring to the ring section of the toggle; attach another jump ring to the bar and then add a second ring to the first one.  String each of the beads onto a head pin and form a simple loop at the top.  Thread the fairy ribbon through the jum ring attached to the ring portion of the toggle.  Fold the end over and secure by using the wire to form a coil around the two thicknesses of ribbon.  Before completing 2-3 wraps ofwire, add a teal, desert gold, and tangerine drop to the wire and continue to wrap 2-3 more times.  Add the remaining dangles to the first 5 inches of ribbon by opening each loop, “punching” it through the ribbon, and closing the loop again.  Insert the other end of the ribbon through the second ring attached to the toggle bar, adjust the length (the sample was sized for a 5-wrap bracelet), and secure by forming another wire coil around both thicknesses of ribbon.  Tim the tails as desired.
