This is the softest, highest quality PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) jewelry cord you will find! A perfect alternative to leather, this durable band is compatible with our regular leather components. It is very soft, lightweight and pliable. It is very easy to work with. It does not have an odor. PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride, which is a synthetic thermoplastic material. Other common uses are water hoses, shoes and garments. It is NOT rubber, so there is NO latex, so should not cause an allergic reaction, but like any material there can be exceptions.
