Beautiful Hand Dyed Silk Ribbons by Ute Bernsen's line of beautiful hand-dyed silk strings. Strings are shipped in their natural crinkle state. Hand wash in cold water. Strings are approx 2mm round, approx 40-42 inches long. Hand dyed 100% Habotai silk. They have finished edges and are sewn to a point. Unique and beautiful stringing material, these silk ribbons perfectly set off charms, pendants, precious and semi-precious stones and beads in bracelets or necklaces, adding color and texture to jewelry designs. A simple knot secures the tie, allowing its length to be adjusted. Crimp beads with stones or a clasp can be added to make the endings even more appealing. Also, string large hole beads or attach with charms with jump rings that can be put through the fabric and make great wrap bracelets or anklets.
