Designer Tip: String a sea glass pebble on each of 12 head pins; form a simple loop at the top. Repeat with 3mm pewter beads. Open a 4mm jump ring. String on a pebble drop, an ear wire, a pewter drop, another pebble drop, and another 4mm ring; close. Open the 4mm jump ring just added; string on a pebble drop, another ring, a pewter drop, and another pebble drop; close. Repeat this step once. Open the 4th jump ring and attach the starfish. Repeat for the other earring.
