Level of Difficulty: Intermediate

Tools: Leather Cutters or Sharp Scissors, Flush Cutters, Round Nose Pliers, Chain or Flat Nose Pliers

Designer Tip: Cut the round leather in 7 inch lengths. Cut the ball chain in half. Glue the leather into one end of the clasp in the order shown: Add glue to a small part of clasp on one end, glue 2-3 pieces of leather, and then continue in short segments. Let dry for 10 minutes. Check size and trim leather if needed before gluing second end of leather into the clasp. Let dry. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to push a hole into the leather where it is glued into the clasp; use chain or flat nose pliers to push the chain into the clasp. Add a small amount of glue to secure the chain. Repeat on other side.
