If you are not pleased with your Antelope Beads purchase for any reason, return the product in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days of your order. We will provide a full credit, refund, or exchange. If your purchase is less than $25, we will issue you a store credit.

Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

No returns or exchanges will be made on sale items, cut leather or cut chain.

Your payment will be refunded once we receive your return. You may choose to purchase insurance or proof of delivery if you wish, at your expense.

Please remember that we will only refund items returned in their original condition and original packaging.

ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK: If an item is not available at the time that you place your order we will contact you to make a substitution or to hold the order. If you choose to cancel the item, we will issue a store credit to be used at a later time. If we do not hear back from you about your order, we will ship it out to you with a store credit for the items that were out of stock.
