Designer Tip: Thread the beads and jump rings on the beading wire as shown:  There will be a 4mm jump ring on each side of each ladder segment.  NOTE:  for this sample, we used only 7 of the turquoise/bronzite components:  the remaining components can be used for earrings.  Finish both ends using the crimp covers, crimps, and wire guards, attaching the ends to the large coiled beads.  Cut the leather in half.  Fold one segment in half and time a Larks’ Head knot through the large coiled ring.  Slide two additional smaller coiled rings over the leather strands over the leather strands up to the knot to secure.  Repeat on other side.  Trim the leather ends to the desired length and glue the ends into the magnetic clasp.
